Remember day dreaming as a kid? What was that feeling like? It was beautiful, wasn’t it? But why was day dreaming bad? Because you’re teacher would admonish you if you did. So when you think ‘day dream’, you think ‘don’t’ instead of ‘smile’.
Take ten minutes off whenever you want (and as many times as you want) in the day and forget about everything and forget about everything else completely. Think about you and everything that makes you happy in reality or fantasy,or go daydream… the world can wait. It’ll be right there when you’re back from your flight of joy. Have a good Friday people 🙂
